The Structural Engineers Association of Southern California (SEAOSC) is a professional organization of Civil and Structural Engineers which also includes affiliated construction industry members and students. The Structural Engineers Association of Southern California (SEAOSC) is a member organization of the Structural Engineers Association of California (SEAOC). SEAOSC conducts regular monthly and bi-monthly meetings in Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties and arranges continuing education seminars by prominent members of our Structural Engineering community.
